Applications can be submitted 48 hours after the conclusion of the purchase and receipt of the confirmation from the store. Sometimes stores are delayed in reporting to us and cashbacks are registered two days after purchase.

Applications must be submitted within 60 days of passing through the featured store.

Prices are calculated without shipping fees, various taxes, conversion fees and various insurances. The refund amount might vary based on the policy of a particular store and is not fixed.

In order to avoid any confusion, please note that some stores do not accept inspection requests for refunds that have not been received.

The application takes up to 30 days to be accepted by the store. In the meantime, please be patient and we will contact you as soon as possible.

We’re committed to helping you get the refund you deserve, our goal is for the store to accept your request and your experience to be more than perfect. However, store decisions are final, and if your request is denied we can’t really fix that (though we will still try).
